How to use Paneer In Sabzi



This is the most frequent question arrised in the minds of women or anybody who cooks food that how we should use paneer in our Sabzi. Either fried or normal. Since fried paneer becomes hard while mixing in the vegetable whereas normal paneer completely gets mix int he vegetable. And we don't find any existence of it in our vegetable.

So friends the answer to your question is here that how we should use paneer in our Sabzi?
Fry the paneer lightly and put them in to salty hot water. After 15 minute remove the paneer from the water and remove the excess water from them. And then put them in your sabzi.

If you don't want to fry paneer then cut them into cubes. And add them to your ready hot gravy. Stir lightly and covered and cook for two minutes.Paneer will not break.

  2. Sabzi is an Indian word substitute for cooked vegetables.
    You can cook Paneer with vegetables like tomatto,onion and more..
