Chakli - Made from leftover Pulav or Biryani



Ingredients:
Leftover biryani or pulav
Cummin powder - 1/2 tsp
Hing (Asafoetida )- a pinch
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain- 1/2 tsp

Note: The above ingredients varies as per the leftover biryani or pulav.

Method:
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and make dough of it.
Take chakli maker and put the above mixture in it.
Make round shape chakli and keep it in sun for getting dry.
Deep fry the chakli whenever u wish to eat them.


Taste meter:Medium spicy
It should taste medium-spicy but depends on the taste of the leftover biryani or pulav.

You can enjoy this chaklis with your afternoon or evening tea.
Small children gonna enjoy these chaklis as snack item.
