"QUESADILAS (MEXICAN DISH)"
Ingredients:-
12 Flour Tortillas
To be mixed into a stuffing
100 gms grated paneer (cottage cheese)
50 gms grated cooking cheese
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tomato, without the pulp
2 tbsp cooked corn (makai)
salt to taste
Other ingredients:-
oil for cooking
Method:-
1).When you want to serve, spread a little stuffing on one tortilla. Put another tortilla on top and press well so that they stick. Cook on a tava (griddle) spreading a little oil on both sides. Cook unitl crisp.
2).Cut into pieces and serve hot.
