Mint Potato raita

"MINT POTATO RAITA"

Ingredients:-
Ghee-2 tsp
Jeera-Hing for tempering
Parboiled potato-2
Raita curd-1 cup
Pudina juice-1 tbsp
Coriander juice-1 tbsp
Green chilly juice-2 tsp
Ginger juice-1 tsp
Salt,SugarChaat masala,jeera powder to taste


METHOD:-
1. Heat the ghee in a kadhai nd add the tempering..when it crackles, add potatoes nd stir fry till little brown..Allow them to cool... 2. Combine together Raita Curd, Pudina, Coriander, chilly nd ginger juice, jeera powder, salt, sugar nd chaat masala..To this add above stir fried potatoes nd mix well.. Serve chilled...
