Ingredients:
Noodles : 1 Cup Boiled
Carrot : 1 Grated
Onions : 2 Sliced
Cabbage : 2 cup Shredded
Soya Sauce : 1 tsp
Ajinomoto : 1/2 tsp
Oi : 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil : For Deep Frying
Dough Making:
Maida : 1 Cup
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp
Water to knead
Method:
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add cabbage, onions, carrot and ajinomoto to it. Cook till the vegetable become tender.
- Add noodles, soya sauce and salt to the above mixture in pan. Stir it lightly.
- After 3 minutes put off the flame and let the mixture get cool.
- Now make dough. Take maida in a big bowl. Add warm oil and salt. Add water and knead it till it become slightly stiff.
- Cover dough with moist cloth and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now take the dough roll out small circles of it ranging between 5" diameters.
- Cut the circles in two halves and apply moist fingures over it. Join the edges of it to make cone.
- Now add 1 tbsp mixture into the cone and seal the third side of it.
- In simillar manner make the samosa of the remaining item.
- Deep fry the samosa in oil on low to medium flame till it become light brown.
- Your yummy and delicious chinese samosa are ready to serve.
- Serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
