4 potato (alu)
1 green chilly (hari mirch)
few coriander leaves (dhania patti)
1/2 lemon (nimbu)
1/4 tsp red chilly powder (lal mirch)
1/4 tsp spice blend (garam masala)
1/4 tsp sugar (chini)
salt to taste

SABUDANA PATTICE

"SABUDANA PATTICE"

Ingredients:
Sabudana-1 cup
Parboiled Potato-1
Roasted groundnut powder -1/2 cup
Green chilly paste-1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander-2 tbsp
Thick Curd-2 tbsp
Salt and Sugar to taste
Grated Cheese-1/2 cup
Ghee 4 frying

METHOD:
 1. Wash Sabudana and Soak it in 1/4 cup of water for an Hour.Add grated potato, groundnut powder,chilly paste, chopped coriander,curd,salt and sugar and mix it well.Make about 12-15 equal Portions of it.
 2. Take one portion of the prepared sabudana mixture and flatten it.Put Some grated Cheese on it,lift edges and join them together to seal it properly,slightly flatten them and deep fry in hot ghee till a little crispy brown.
3. Serve hot with sweetened curd or chutney or saus...

WHITE DHOKLA With Gujrati Tadka

"WHITE DHOKLA" With Gujrati Tadka

 Ingredients:
Rice-1and1/2 cup
Urad dal-1/2 cup
Sour Curd-1/2 cup
 salt to taste
Soda-bi-carb-1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
 Jeera Powder-1 tsp
Ghee-2tbsp
Chopped Coriander-2tbsp

METHOD:
 1. Combine together Rice and Dal,wash and Soak them in 4 cups of water for about 2-3 hours.and later drain and grind them a little coarsely.Add if required luke warm water to make the batter of thick pouring consistency..Add curd and salt in it and keep it aside for 7-8 hours for fermentation.
 2. Mix Soda-bi-Carb and pour it immediately in a flat bottomed greased pan.Sprinkle pepper or chilly powder and jeera powder over it and steam cook in covered steamer till done.
3. Apply ghee all over it and allow it to cool a little.Cut it into medium size squar pieces garnish with coriander and serve with green chutney or saus...

CHEESE KAJU - A Rich Snack

"CHEESE KAJU"

Ingredients:
Maida-2 cup
Oil-1/4 cup
Grated Cheese-1/4 cup
Rai Dal-1 tsp
Black pepper Powder and Salt-To taste
Oil 4 Deep frying

Method:
1.Mix all Ingredients with water and make tight dough
2.Make 1/4 inch Roti of this
3.Cut it into Kaju Shape
4.Hit Oil and fry Kaju till it becomes crispy
5.Then Sprinkle Red pepper,Salt,Chat Masala in it...

Sweet Banana Frankie

"SWEET BANANA FRANKIE"

Ingredients:
Butter-1 tbsp
Banana Sliced-2
Sugar-1 tbsp
Grated fresh Coconut-1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder-A Pinch
Roti-Maida or Wheat..

Method:
1.Heat butter in a Non-stick pan,add sliced banana,sugar, grated fresh coconut and cardamon powder Fry it for few Seconds.
2.Apply butter to Roast Roti
3.Place the prepared hot Banana stuffing on it and roll the Roti and place it on a serving plate
4.Dazzle some chocolate saus over it and serve hot...

Rice Pattis : Instant Recipe

"INSTANT RICE PATTIS"

Ingredients:
Cooked Rice-1 cup
Chopped Green Chilly-2 tsp
Chopped Coriander-2 tbsp
Besan-1 tbsp
Grated Cheese/Paneer-1/4 cup
Salt to taste...

Method:
Mash Cooked Rice and then add all ingredients in it.Mix it well. Make small balls Or flat Pattice and shallow fry on a non stick pan or Deep fry in hot oil till Golden Brown..Serve hot with chutney or Saus

Instant Recipe : CRISPY POHA VADA

 "CRISPY POHA VADA"

Ingredients:
Poha- 2 cup
Water-1/2 cup
Green Chilly paste-2 tsp
Chopped Coriander-2 tbsp
Lemon juice-2 tsp
Haldi-Salt-Sugar to taste
Oil 4 deep Frying....

METHOD:
1.Soak Poha in Water for 5-10 min.
2. Mash it well and add chilly paste,chopped coriander,lemon juice, haldi, salt, sugar
3.Mix well and make flat vadas and deep fry them in hot oil
4. Serve Hot with Tomato Saus Or Chutney..

TIP:
YOU CAN ALSO ADD CHOPPED ONION AND CHOPPED PALAK IN VADA MIXTURE...

SPRING ONION STEAM BALLS - Mouth Watering Starter

"SPRING ONION STEAM BALLS"

Ingredients for Ball:
Chopped Spring onion-2 cup
Suji-1/4 cup
Wheat flour-1 cup
Turmeric (Haldi)-1/4 tsp
Green chilly and Ginger paste-1 tbsp
Hing-1/4 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp
Soda-bi-carb-1 Pinch
Salt to taste

FOR TADKA
:
Oil-1 tbsp
Rai-Jeera-Hing-Til
Chopped Garlic-2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp

METHOD:
Mix all the Ingredients of Ball with water and make tight dough.Make small balls of this dough and than steam all balls like khaman.After that hit the oil for tadka add rai-jeera-hing-til, then add chopped garlic nd red chilly powder and fry it for few seconds then add steam balls into it...Serve hot with chutney, saus, sev and desicated coconut.
