Ladies finger / Okhra - 10 Sliced into thick slices
Maida - 5 tbsp
Pepper - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs - 1/2 bowl
Oil to fry
Chaat Masala - To sprinkle
Method:
- Add maida, pepper, salt and little water in big bowl and make thick batter of it.
- Now take thick slice okhra pieces and dip them into batter.
- Take bread crumbs in a bowl and coat the battered okhra with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the okhra pieces till they are golden brown.
- Drain the okhra nuggets/pakoras on tissue paper.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on it and serve with tomato ketchup or some green chutney.
