- ROAST-To cook in an uncovered oven or cook on a Tawa (Griddle).
- BAKE-To cook by dry heat inside an oven.
- GRILL-To cook food over direct heat under grill or on direct flame.
- MICROWAVE-To cook food in a Microwave oven.
- BEAT-To stir vigorously or whip briskly using a fork/whisk or electric beater in order to incorporate air into the mixture to make it light nd fluffy.
- BLEND-Mix ingredients so thoroughly,that each losses its identity.
- WHISK-To mix together by beating with whisk or beater.
- WHIP- To beat ingredients together quickly with spoon or mixer untill smooth nd creamy.
- MIX-Stirring ingredients together with a spoon or mixer untill well combined.
- MASH-To press food either with masher or by hand to remove the lumps.
- RUB-A mixture of ground spices that is rubbed over food prepration nd then baked or roasted.Rubbing can also be mixing gently with fingers.
- GRIND-To crush food with a food processor,blender or grinder.
- PASTE-Mix nd grind all ingredients finely together until each one loses its own identity,to form smooth texture.
- PUREE/PULP-Pulp of vegetables or fruits,blend together nd sieved to form a smooth thick paste.
