STUFFED PARATHA-CHEESE PYAZ KA PARATHA

"STUFFED PARATHA-CHEESE PYAZ KA PARATHA"

Ingredients:
Grated Cheese-1 cup
Finely Chopped Onion-1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Capsicum-1/4 cup
Chopped green chillies-2 tsp
Chopped Coriander-1 tbsp
Salt nd Pepper Powder to taste
Paratha Dough,Butter 4 frying

Method:
1.For stuffing-Combine together all ingredients Except Paratha Dough,Butter..Mix well gently.
2.Take One portion of dough,roll it into a thin Roti and place the stuffing in its Centre
3.Fold all the four sides of the Roti over the Stuffing,to enclose the Stuffing and make a square shaped paratha..Gently press the edges
4.Shallow fry it on a hot non stick pan from both sides,using butter till golden brown and crispy.
5.Serve hot with tomato saus..

Banana-4 to 5
Grapes-1/4 kg
Pomegranate-1
Grated Ginger-1 tbsp
Choppd Pudina-1/4 cup
Lemon juice-Sugar-Chart masala-Salt-Black pepper powder to taste

Method:

 1.Cut Papaya,Banana, Pineapple into pieces. Add pomegrante, grapes in it.
2.Take 1 tbsp of water and Ginger nd churn it into mixer

CHEESE KAJU - A Rich Snack

"CHEESE KAJU"

Ingredients:
Maida-2 cup
Oil-1/4 cup
Grated Cheese-1/4 cup
Rai Dal-1 tsp
Black pepper Powder and Salt-To taste
Oil 4 Deep frying

Method:
1.Mix all Ingredients with water and make tight dough
2.Make 1/4 inch Roti of this
3.Cut it into Kaju Shape
4.Hit Oil and fry Kaju till it becomes crispy
5.Then Sprinkle Red pepper,Salt,Chat Masala in it...

DATE CHOCLATE - Yummy Yummy



"DATE CHOCLATE"

Ingredients:
Chopped Khajur (Dates)-1 cup
Ghee-2 tbsp
Cocoa powder-2 tbsp
Roasted Almonds or Cashewnuts-12 to 15
Desiccated Coconut-2 tbsp

Method:

 1.Mix dates and ghee in kadhai heating it on a low flame for 1 min..Mash it well while cooking
2.Add Cocoa powder and kneed it well.
3.Make 12 to 15 portions of it and stuff an almond or cashew nut in each portion making a ball of it.
4.Roll it over Desiccated Coconut and place it in a paper cup.

SPECIAL RABDI - Indian Desert

Ingredients:
 Breadslice-3
Milk-1/2 ltr
Condensed Milk-1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder-1 tsp
Sugar-1 tbsp
Saffron Strands-7to8

Method:
1.Take Bread slices,cut and discard the edges making crumbs of it by churning it in a Mixer
2.Add milk and cook on a high flame stirring continously till it reduces to half of its volume
3.Add condensed milk,cardamom powder,saffron strands and sugar
4.Mix it well and Serve hot or Chilled in mud bowl

Indian Sweet : Gulab Jamun

"GULAB JAMUN"

Ingredients:
Grated Mawa-250gm
Milk Powder-50gm
Maida-50gm
Milk masala-2 tbsp
Ghee 4 Deep frying....

For Syrup:
Sugar-2 cup
Water-1cup+1tbsp
Cardamom powder-1tsp
Saffron-8to10 strands...

Method:
1.Combine together grated mawa,milk powder, maida and churn it in a Food Processor or Mixer to get smooth and soft dough
2.Make Small balls of the dough and deep fry in hot ghee till it get dark brown.
3.Take sugar in deep pan and add water to it.Keep it aside for 5 min.Cook it on medium flame stirring continously till sugar melts and starts boiling
4.Switch off the gas.Add Saffron strands, cardamom powder and mix it well.
5.Drain and transfer Jamun in the warm Sugar syrup
6.Allow them to soak for at least an Hour, then serve it..

Sweet Banana Frankie

"SWEET BANANA FRANKIE"

Ingredients:
Butter-1 tbsp
Banana Sliced-2
Sugar-1 tbsp
Grated fresh Coconut-1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder-A Pinch
Roti-Maida or Wheat..

Method:
1.Heat butter in a Non-stick pan,add sliced banana,sugar, grated fresh coconut and cardamon powder Fry it for few Seconds.
2.Apply butter to Roast Roti
3.Place the prepared hot Banana stuffing on it and roll the Roti and place it on a serving plate
4.Dazzle some chocolate saus over it and serve hot...

Fruity Iced Tea

Ingredients:
Sugar-1/2 cup
Lemon juice- 3 tbsp
Tea Bags(Any fruit flavoured)-3
Chopped Mixed fruits(Apple,Strawberry,Pineapple,Grapes)-1 cup

Method:
1. For Syrup: Combine together Sugar and 1/4 cup of water,stir continously till sugar melts and it starts boiling.Allow it to Cool
2.Then add lemon juice and mix it well
3.Boil 1 cup water and add tea bags in it.Allow it to cool and remove tea bags
4. For serving,pour sugar syrup in 3 tall glasses,add some Chopped fruits,then tea and lots of crushed ice..

Ingredients:
Tomato Saus-1/4 Cup
Water-1 Cup
Salt,Sugar nd Pepper Powder to taste
Oil/Butter-2 tsp
Maida-2 tsp

Method:
1.Combine together tomato saus,water,salt and pepper powder
2.Heat oil/butter in a deep pan
3.Add maida and roast it
4.Add prepared Saus mixture to it and Stir it continuously till it boils and becomes a little thick
5.Serve hot,garnished with fresh Cream and bread Crotons
