Cauliflower - Spinach Soup





Cauliflower - Spinach Soup

Ingredients:

Cauliflower - 200 gm chopped
Spinach - 100 gm chopped
Ginger - 1 tsp grated
Green chilly - 1 tsp
Dalchini - 1 Small piece
Tejpatta - 1 piece
Cloves - 2
Black pepper - 4
Butter- 1 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - As per taste
Red chilly sauce - As per taste

Method:
- Melt  butter in pan and add ginger paste, green chilly, spinach and cauliflower and cook on low flame.
- Add dalchini,tejpatta,cloves and black pepper.
- After 5 minutes add 3 cup of water and salt and cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
- When cauliflower is cooked completely add cornflour paste to it.
- Add milk and cook for 2 minute.
- Off the gas and take pan down and add lemon juice and red chilly sauce to it.
- Serve hot hot in serving soup bowl.
