Dieting Soup - For figure and health consious people



Ingredients:
Wheat - 1/2 cup
Soyabean - 1/2 cup
Bajra - 1/2 cup
Rai - 1/2 cup
Red Gram -1/2 cup
Gram Daliya - 1/2 cup
Salt and Black pepper to taste
Water

Method:
 - Roast all the ingredients except salt and black pepper till the color changes to light pink color.
- Cool it and grind the mixture in mixer till it become fine powder.
- Make paste of the above powder adding water.
- Heat a glass of water and when the water come to boil add above paste in water.Make sure no lumps are found.
- Heat it for five minutes.
- Add salt and black pepper as  per taste.
- Pour the soup in soup bowl.Your Diet soup is ready to eat.


TIP:This soup is very healthy and their is no necessity of having lunch or dinner after having this soup.
